Geoff Twomey

Geoff is an Executive Coach who helps individuals through major personal transitions in business, such as the first 30 days in a new role, stepping into a new promotion, or preparing for retirement.

As an Associate Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Business Consulting, Geoff was responsible for the Programme Management of complex, multi-faceted initiatives requiring the design and implementation of new organisations (people, structure, systems, process, policy and premises). As a result, he understands the impact of change on individuals as well as the impact individuals can have on the successful implementation of business change.

Executive coaching has been a natural extension of his consulting and business transformation experience. Driving enterprise-wide change projects and company turn-arounds requires a focus beyond the strategic. Geoff works closely with the executive and senior leadership, understanding their personal style and helping them to uncover patterns of operating that hinder or accelerate their personal and business growth.

Geoff uses the Enneagram personality assessment tool to help individuals uncover their blind-spots and better leverage their natural talents. This supports an understanding of why individuals think, feel and behave in the way that they do. He also facilitates workshops where teams gain understanding of their unique differences and how to improve relationships to achieve business results.
