Getti Mercorio

Getti is a certified ontological coach, facilitator and business improvement consultant with more than 30 years’ experience in a range of organisations.

Getti brings a wealth of knowledge of both people and organisational development.  Drawing on his social science master’s degree from UCT, Getti has extensive experience in senior leadership roles in a wide range of contexts. In 2008, Getti completed his initial coach training at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He holds the Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching and is a certified Organisational and Relationships Systems (ORSC) coach. Getti works extensively with the Enneagram personality typing system, both with individuals and teams. Getti is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is also credentialed as a coach by Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA). Based in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, Getti works as an individual, team and relationship coach, and business improvement consultant. His focus is on enabling people to become new observers of themselves and the systems of which they are part, and to harness their inner resources, life and work experience – their way of being – and to use this as a foundation for further personal and professional growth. In the work environment this leads to clients becoming more productive and effective, improves their contribution to teams and enhances their development and performance as leaders. Getti builds confidential, supportive, challenging and non-judgemental coaching relationships.
