Anine Bennett

Anine is an Ontological Coach, Organisational Psychologist and Facilitator with 17 years’ experience in Coaching, Leadership, Team and Personal Development. She runs her own Organisational Development and Coaching practice – Growing Connections.

She has experience within the Motor Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial and Management Consulting Industries. Anine has led teams across various People Disciplines with her passions and expertise focused on Coaching, Leadership, Team, Personal Development, Organisational Development and Cultural Transformation.

Anine has always been fascinated by human behaviour and its impact on relationships and the flow of life.  Her philosophy is that every person has a unique purpose and offering to share with the world and that they want to be seen, heard and valued. She believes that self-awareness is a powerful building block and that all human beings are resourceful and have the answers that they seek, hidden within themselves.  She assists her clients in uncovering those answers and help them make transformational shifts in their way of being in order to make effective improvements in how they communicate, converse and relate to others.

An increase in disruptive and exponential changes in the world  has led to increased uncertainty and anxiety, and Anine believes that relationships and their effectiveness, has become imperative for human beings to not only survive but to thrive in this new world and live meaningful lives.

Her excellent observational and analytical skills and her diverse working background and experience means that she is able to develop valuable insights to support individuals, teams and organisations in their coaching and development journeys.
