Nikki Twomey is an experienced Executive Coach with particular expertise in honing and developing leadership skills, helping individuals achieve personal growth and facilitating interactions within natural and cross-functional teams in both corporates and entrepreneurial companies.

Understanding the challenges of navigating the dynamics prevalent in the corporate landscape is a particular strength, given Nikki’s background of having served as Chief Marketing and Communication Officer for Africa’s largest banking group, Standard Bank, for a 7-year period. With 16-years leadership experience and having served on the Group Executive Committee, Nikki is skilled in engaging across all levels of the organisational hierarchy and understands the friction and relationship challenges that characterise any business or corporate.
